Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, we are happy to offer an exchange in accordance with the policy below.
⚠️ Please note: We do not offer returns or refunds. Only exchanges are allowed.
Exchange Eligibility
Items are eligible for exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging, including dust bags and boxes
- Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any other scents
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Swimwear, underwear, and intimate apparel
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Personalized or customized items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at returns@aymfashion.com
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team
Exchange Shipping
- UAE orders: Complimentary exchange pickup is provided
- International orders: Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days, subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or color is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item of equal value.

No refunds or returns are offered under any circumstances
