Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the UAE, GCC countries, and select international destinations. Shipping availability and costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Costs

UAE: Free shipping on orders over AED 500. Orders under AED 500: AED 25.
GCC Countries: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Same Day Delivery

Available only in UAE

Charges:

AED 50 for Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah
AED 200 for Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged in premium, branded packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Gift wrapping is available upon request.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through our website or directly through the carrier’s tracking portal.

If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
